At MyDrivix Auto, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and any accompanying materials. Proof of purchase, such as your order number, is required to process any return request.
Please note that final sale items, gift cards, and consumable products that have been opened—such as certain air-freshener refills—cannot be returned unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return
To start your return, email info@mydrivix.ca with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Once your return is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a prepaid return shipping label for Canadian customers.
Please pack the product securely and drop it off within ten (10) days of receiving your RMA approval. After we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within approximately five to seven business days. Eligible returns are not subject to restocking fees.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, color, or variant, please place a new order through our website. Your original purchase will be refunded once your return has been received and approved.

Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, please notify us within seven (7) days of delivery. Include clear photos or video evidence when possible. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable or Partially Refundable Items
Items returned with missing components, visible wear, or damage not caused during shipment may be subject to partial refunds or refusal at our discretion. Returns that are sent without a valid RMA may experience delays in processing.

Refund Timing
Once your return is approved and processed, refunds typically appear on your original payment method within five to seven business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
