All payments are processed using systems that meet Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) Level 1, the same security used by banks and major financial institutions.

This includes:

  • Secure key management
  • Continuous network security monitoring
  • Annual external security audits & compliance reports

Tokenized Payments & Encryption

When you check out, your credit card details are:

  • Encrypted before being sent
  • Tokenized so your actual card number is never visible to us
  • Processed securely by Shopify’s certified payment gateway

We never store or see your full card details.
They are handled only by the PCI-certified payment processor.

Refunds & Chargeback Protection

If a return or refund is approved:

  • It is processed back to the original payment method
  • We never issue refunds to third-party accounts for your security
  • Shopify Payments provides secure dispute handling in case of chargebacks
