All payments are processed using systems that meet Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) Level 1, the same security used by banks and major financial institutions.
This includes:

- Continuous network security monitoring
- Annual external security audits & compliance reports
Tokenized Payments & Encryption
When you check out, your credit card details are:
- Encrypted before being sent
- Tokenized so your actual card number is never visible to us
- Processed securely by Shopify’s certified payment gateway
We never store or see your full card details.
They are handled only by the PCI-certified payment processor.

Fraud Prevention & Verification
To protect against unauthorized use, our system may:

If anything looks unusual, our team will manually verify the order before fulfillment.
Refunds & Chargeback Protection
If a return or refund is approved:
- It is processed back to the original payment method
- We never issue refunds to third-party accounts for your security
- Shopify Payments provides secure dispute handling in case of chargebacks
