Our Warranty Commitment
MyDrivix products are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.
If a covered issue occurs during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:
- Replace the product with a new or equivalent unit
- Repair the product (where supported)
- OR provide store credit/refund if repair or replacement is not available
There is no cost for approved warranty replacements.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers functional defects that occur without misuse, including but not limited to:
- Structural or mechanical failure (e.g., clamp/gear mechanism faults)
- Internal electrical or wireless charging failures
- Joint/ball head or articulating arm hardware defects
- Internal component defects that prevent the product from performing as intended
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover issues caused by:

| Loss or theft | Missing items after delivery acceptance |
| Unauthorized modification or disassembly | Opened housings, replaced parts, altered wiring |
| Non-authorized sellers | Third-party marketplaces not listed as official retailers |
| Commercial or high-duty fleet usage | Rideshare / taxi high-frequency setups exceeding consumer duty |
Note: Suction cup performance is highly affected by surface cleanliness and temperature. Cleaning the surface before mounting is required.
Shipping Damage or Missing Parts
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of:
- Shipping box
- Product packaging
- The affected item(s)
We will replace or supply missing parts at no charge.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Step 1 — Contact Us

Subject line: Warranty Claim – Order #XXXX
Step 2 — Include the Following:
- Name and order number
- Product model/color
- Description of the issue
- Photo(s) or short video clearly showing the problem
Step 3 — Evaluation
Our team will review your claim and may request brief troubleshooting to verify the issue.
Step 4 — Resolution
Once approved, we will:
- Ship a replacement part or unit, or
- Provide instructions for return (when required)
Most claims are processed within 24–72 hours after receiving complete information.
Proof of Purchase
A valid order number or receipt is required to process warranty claims.
Warranty applies to the original purchaser only.
Limitation of Liability
This warranty covers the product itself.
It does not cover:
- Personal device damage (e.g., phone damage due to drop or misuse)
- Incidental, consequential, or indirect losses
Certain provinces may grant additional consumer rights that supersede parts of this policy.
Authorized Sales Channels
Warranty applies only to purchases made directly through:
- mydrivix.ca
- Official MyDrivix marketplace storefronts
- Authorized retail partners (where listed)
Items purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers are not eligible.
