Local Pickup Available in Halifax

You can choose Local Pickup at checkout to pick up your order in person.
This option is fast, convenient, and free.

When Your Order is Ready

After you place your order, you’ll receive:

  1. Order Confirmation Email — confirms we received your order
  2. Pickup Ready Email — tells you your order is ready for pickup

Please wait for the “Ready for Pickup” email before arriving.

Most orders are ready within 24 hours (Mon–Fri during support hours).

Monday – Friday
10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (AST)

Weekend pickups may be available depending on staff availability — reply to your Ready Email to request.

What to Bring

To ensure secure pickup, please bring:

  • Your Order Number
  • The Pickup Ready Email (on your phone is fine)
  • Name matches the order, or message us if someone else is picking up

How to Select Local Pickup at Checkout

  • Add items to your cart
  • Go to Checkout
  • Under Delivery Method, select Local Pickup
  • Complete payment
  • Wait for your Pickup Ready email
