Shipping & Delivery

At MyDrivix Auto, we’re committed to getting your gear on the road quickly and safely. All orders ship directly from Halifax, Nova Scotia, and include full tracking for your peace of mind.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing Times
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM (AST) are typically processed and shipped the same day or the next business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or during holidays will ship the following business day. Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on Canadian orders over $35 CAD (before taxes and after discounts). Orders under this threshold ship at a flat rate of $14.95 CAD. Expedited shipping options, when available, will appear at checkout for an additional fee.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated transit times are based on business days and carrier schedules:
• Atlantic Canada: approximately 1–3 days
• Central Canada (Ontario & Quebec): approximately 2–5 days
• Prairies & Western Canada (Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia): approximately 3–7 days
• Territories & Remote Areas: approximately 5–12 days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier volume, weather conditions, or service availability in your region.
Carriers
We primarily ship using Canada Post and trusted courier partners. Your specific carrier and tracking link will appear in your shipping confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.
Tracking and Updates
A tracking number is automatically emailed when your shipment leaves our facility. If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us at info@mydrivix.ca for assistance.
Address Changes and Order Edits
If you need to update your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been fulfilled, we are unable to reroute or edit it.
PO Boxes
We support deliveries to PO Boxes across Canada through Canada Post.
Split Shipments
To ensure faster delivery, some orders may be shipped in multiple packages at no additional cost. Separate tracking numbers will be provided for each parcel.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
If your package is marked “delivered” but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local postal outlet first.
If your parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us within seven (7) days of the expected or delivery date with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly and provide a replacement or refund.
Pre-Orders and Backorders
Orders containing pre-order or backordered items will ship once all items are available. At our discretion, we may split your shipment at no additional cost to expedite delivery of in-stock items. Estimated ship dates for pre-order products will be noted on the product page.
Holiday and Peak Periods
During peak holiday periods, carriers may experience high volumes that lead to delays. We recommend placing your orders early to ensure timely delivery.
