Returns & Exchanges

At MyDrivix Auto, we want you to love every product you purchase from us. If something isn’t quite right, our team is here to help make it right with a simple and transparent returns and exchanges process.

Eligibility Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. All returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components. Proof of purchase, such as an order number or sales receipt, is required for all return or exchange requests.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange. These include final sale or clearance items, gift cards, products that have been installed, used, damaged, or are missing parts or packaging not due to our error, and any items sent back without prior authorization (RMA).

How to Start a Return or Exchange
To begin, please email info@mydrivix.ca with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and a brief reason for your request. If the item is damaged or defective, please include clear photos.
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Pack your items securely and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or refused. Because some items ship from different locations, the appropriate return address will be provided in our confirmation email.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow three to five business days for processing after inspection. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a carrier-confirmed delivery issue.

Exchanges
If you would like a different color, model, or variant, simply mention it in your return email. We can reserve replacement stock for up to seven days. The new item will be shipped once the carrier confirms your original return is in transit.

Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to change of mind, incorrect size, or compatibility issues, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, MyDrivix Auto will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping fees.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery and include photos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund according to your preference and product availability.

Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows your order as “delivered” but you cannot locate the parcel, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your local postal outlet. If the package remains missing, contact us within seven (7) days of the marked delivery date. We will assist you in filing a carrier claim and work toward a resolution.

Holiday and Gift Returns
For orders placed between November 15 and December 31, we offer an extended return window through January 31 of the following year. All items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify.
